Blaze has been a YEAR in the making…
The Blaze community started at the studio where Wes and I were teaching. The care, friendships, energy, and HYPE were already there through our Pilates, and Hot Sculpt classes. When that studio changed its vision, we spent the following months searching for the right space to continue what we had created.
I looked at DOZENS of locations, explored so many possibilities, and had plenty of things not go as planned. We even considered a full build out…And then, almost unbelievably, I had the opportunity to take over the original studio space…almost a little divine intervention, some might say. ✨
Same location. Complete renovation. Completely new vision. I am giving the space new life with a fresh look, a little shimmer and shine, more energy, and ALL the Blaze vibes we’ve been envisioning. ✨🔥

MEET THE FOUNDER - ALLI MEEHAN 🔥
Blaze was born from my passion for fitness, my love of competition, and a desire to create something that makes people feel strong, energized, and empowered every single day.
As a former collegiate field hockey player at The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, 3x NCAA National Champion + 4x ACC Champion, I learned that growth happens when you push yourself beyond your comfort zone.
I wanted to create a space where the heat challenges you, the workout pushes you, and the energy keeps you coming back. A place to build strength, confidence, and resilience - while having FUN doing it!
This has been a passion of mine for a long time, and I’m so excited to finally bring it to life!
